Ice Fantasia 2011!

As a member of the Unionville Skating Club you have access to one of the finest production show opportunities available in our community for skaters of all ages, skills, talents and goals.  A bi-annual production, Ice Fantasia brings that extra-special element that elevates our skaters to new heights!

As parents and coaches will tell you from experience over the years, your children are the real winners during ice show years - right down to the youngest skaters on board, they all rise to the occasion and the show gives them a great boost to self-confidence and pride.  It also offers lessons in teamwork, persistance, self-discipline, showmanship and presentation.

This professionally directed show on ice features over 450 of the Club's skaters, from Preschool to Advanced, in a spectacular "Ice Fantasia".  Directed by coach, Sandra Osbaldeston-Fountain, Ice Fantasia 2011 is only made possible though the efforts of hundreds of volunteers, plus the generous financial support of many community associations and businesses.

Since we began, back in 1950, Unionville Skating Club has produced over 45 Ice Fantasia productions, creating memories for both our skaters and their families that will undoubtedly, last a lifetime.

Now a bi-annual production, Ice Fantasia provides over 350 of our skaters the opportunity to showcase their skills, talents and spirit to over 2000 guests in 4 shows.  Ice Fantasia 2011 will mark our 46th production, but we need your help. 

As a not-for-profit organization, Ice Fantasia would simply not be possible if not for the continued generous support of our local community businesses.
