Please note hard copy registrations are subject to a $15 administration fee and may be submitted to the office anytime after registration opens online. They will be posted when the USC office opens (note – office is not staffed full time; posting to the registration system is not immediate) and time permits. Priority of hard copy applications occurs when the application is posted, NOT when received.
